As Managing Director of Torsion Homes, Ian oversees full responsibility for managing stakeholders’ interests, from the day-to-day running of the business to managing expected returns and investments for the board of Torsion Homes. Ian has extensive experience in the construction industry, leading and managing design, cost, risk, and programme from concept to completion. Ian is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

FINANCE DIRECTOR
David Bowman is a highly experienced Finance Director who has worked within the housing sector for over 25 years. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001 and has held senior positions for a number of both small and large house builders ranging from Taylor Wimpey, Wain Homes, Barratt and Bellway, coupled with a period working for an overseas developer. David has held senior roles at Regional and Group Board levels, supporting strategic growth through controlled investment.

Marcus is a highly experienced construction professional with considerable hands-on experience and knowledge of the construction industry. Marcus is exceptional at planning, managing, and coordinating all construction components to deliver projects to the required quality, safety, cost, and programming expectations.
TIM DODKIN
SENIOR LAND MANAGER
Tim has over 20 years experience in property development. He oversees the site identification and acquisition for the newly built homes sector. His expertise lies in managing design and development, securing strategic land pipelines, and obtaining planning consent.
CALUM POSTLETHWAITE
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
With over a decade of experience in Quantity Surveying, Calum has extensive experience in residential and housing projects, including leading high-profile residential developments such as luxury homes and bespoke multi-million-pound one-off super homes. Calum has consistently added value by managing all costs effectively, ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
